 SECRETS OF CELLARING MASTERCLASS – SATURDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER

bibo is partnering with Vinified and Signature Cellars to present the 5 Secrets of Cellaring.
Hosted by Luke Campbell from Vinified, you will taste Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and more. You will also have the opportunity for Q&A with a special guest winemaker/sommelier to discuss aged wine in Australia.The masterclass includes all wines, a bibo house cured meats and cheese platter, and 2 Gabriel Stems to take home.
