Everyone loves a good happy hour, but we wanted to create a special experience at bibo that is more than just cheap drinks.

Aperitivo at bibo pays homage to the relaxed lifestyle of Chef Jose Silva’s Portuguese upbringing and is set to be the best value dining experience in Double Bay. Snacks change regularly and reflect a more tapas style experience.

And what is food without wine to match?! Head Sommelier Louella Mathews chooses a new theme or producer every month to showcase the latest and greatest in Australia’s booming wine industry as well as global stars. Summer menu is below:
